Live-Stream & On-Demand

Our live-stream classes are facilitated using ZOOM, which you will need to download in order to participate. For an interactive experience, we invite you to keep your video on. Or, if the mood of the day is such that you prefer to practice without outside attention, no problem, you can simply turn off your video. These classes will be recorded and students with an active membership will have access to a growing library of digital replays (more on this below).

We also offer a huge selection of on-demand recorded classes. These can be accessed independent from our membership with a 24-hour Library Pass.

Is it complicated to join a live-stream class?

Absolutely not. You can join from any desktop, laptop, Android device with the CHROME or FIREFOX or SAFARI operating system.

Open your browser.
Login to Studio Po Online at app.namastream.com/studiopoyoga
Click on the "Calendar" tab in the top right corner.
View the class you wish to attend and click 'register'.
About 15 minutes before the class is scheduled to begin, the 'cancel registration' button changes to a 'join' button.
Click 'join' and Zoom will open up on your device.

I want to take classes! What are my membership options?

There are currently 3 options: a day pass or 2 different monthly memberships.

The 24-HOUR LIBRARY PASS ($21) is a pass that will let you pop in and see what we're all about. It gives you 24 hour access to the Studio Po Online content library, which includes a growing collection of RECORDED classes, short video tutorials, pdfs, and other home practice resources. Please note that your 24 hours begins at the time of purchase.

The MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP gives you access to our live-stream classes PLUS access to a growing library of resources to support your home practice. If you can't join a live class, don't worry - the replay will be added to your content library! Please choose the pricing tier that works best for you.

Community Tiered Pricing

$119/month - pay for yourself and help support a fellow yogi.

To get access to the community tiered pricing, you MUST enter correct promo code at checkout. Promo codes will continue to be applied, automatically, to your future monthly payments.

You can cancel at any time (no restrictions!) but there are no partial refunds.

The IGNITE THE SPARK! MEMBERSHIP ($19.99) is a monthly membership for students who are new to yoga or who wish to focus exclusively on the fundamentals of Iyengar Yoga. The pass includes 2 Ignite the Spark live-stream classes per week and 4 new recorded classes per month.

Do I need to be flexible to practice Iyengar Yoga?

No. This is 100% a misconception. Yoga asanas help to loosen stiff joints and muscles, and increase their mobility. We can help you learn how to approach your yoga in a way that is responsive to all that makes you, uniquely 'you'. In fact, whether you are overly stiff or hyper mobile, Iyengar Yoga does not discriminate! It offers all of us an engaging and intriguing route towards embodiment.
